A celebration was held on Saturday, July 19th, for Merry who will be leaving for Brazil in a few short weeks. Merry's Pink Grandma, Sonja, made an amazing picture collage for her family to see while Merry is gone. The process of becoming a foreign exchange student has taken months of gathering documents and completing applications. Courtney and Jason have been involved and supportive during the whole process. Merry won a scholarship through British Petroleum to pay her expenses for the program. What an honor for her!!

The party started with a volleyball game. The kids had so much fun.
Dancing for hours and hours with wonderful celebration.
When the DJ played "Leaving on a Jet Plane,' all attention was circled around Merry and the moment was solemn.
The party was awesome. Hugely successful as a send-off for Merry.
